When to Seek Medical Care: ER, Urgent Care, or Clinic

We offer same-day appointments to ensure you get the care or service you need as soon as possible. Just give us a call, request online, or walk in, and we’ll find a time that works for you. Appointments will be scheduled based on availability.
Schedule an appointment is you have the following symptoms:
- Abdominal Pain
- Cold
- Cough
- Chest Congestion
- Ear Ache
- Sore Throat
- Allergies
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Pregnancy Testing
- Immunization only
- Severe Tooth Pain
- Visible Abscess or Cyst
- Dry Socket (Post-Extraction)
Emergency Room (ER)
Go to the ER if you have a life-threatening or severe condition that requires immediate attention including:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Difficulty breathing or severe shortness of breath
- Severe bleeding
- Loss of consciousness
- Signs of a stroke (sudden numbness, confusion, trouble speaking, or severe headache)
- Major fractures or head injuries
- Severe allergic reactions (e.g., difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or throat)
- Suspected poisoning or drug overdose
Urgent Care
Visit Urgent Care for non-life-threatening conditions that still require prompt attention including:
- Minor fractures and sprains
- Cuts and wounds needing stitches
- Fever or infections (e.g., sore throat, urinary tract infections)
- Mild to moderate asthma attacks
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Minor burns
- Back pain or muscle strains
- Minor eye injuries
